Studio refunds and delivery help.
Studio is a $9.99 one-time purchase for one completed ZIP, plus applicable tax shown at checkout. It is not a subscription. A completed export uses one credit; generation failures preserve it. The same prepared request can retry for ten minutes without using another credit.
Contact coverwrapmaker@vezli.net within 14 days of purchase for an unused credit, a duplicate charge, or a technical failure that prevents delivery. Include your receipt or checkout reference and a description of the problem. Do not email payment-card details or your artwork unless we specifically need it and you choose to share it.
Delivered usable files are not refunded merely because you change your preferences. This policy does not limit mandatory rights under applicable consumer law. Refunds are reviewed by JOJO LAB and the payment provider. We will explain the outcome by email.
Save your ZIP before leaving and keep a local project copy. Projects and files are not stored in a cloud account. Browser site-data deletion can remove local drafts and entitlement cookies; contact us with your receipt if access is lost.
Single-edition PDFs remain free. A clearly labeled Preview/TEST checkout creates no real-money charge.
